  • STEADIER STROKES, MORE FORGIVING FEEL: The low-CG mallet head with heel-toe weighting helps resist unwanted twisting and keep the putter stable through the stroke, giving golfers more confidence and control when starting the ball on the intended line.
  • EASIER AIM, CLEARER SETUP: A bold red alignment arrow combined with dual guide lines creates an easy-to-read visual reference, helping golfers square the putter to the target line and set up each putt with greater confidence.
  • SMOOTHER ROLL, BETTER DISTANCE FEEL: The precision milled face promotes clean, consistent contact with the golf ball and responsive feedback at impact, helping create a smoother forward roll and more predictable distance control.
  • SECURE GRIP, CONTROLLED TEMPO: The textured TPE grip provides a secure, comfortable hold to help keep the hands steady throughout the stroke, while the stainless steel shaft delivers a solid, balanced feel for smoother putting control.
  • BUILT FOR RIGHT-HANDED GOLFERS: The 34-inch right-handed design features a 3.5° loft and 72° lie angle for a familiar, comfortable putting setup, making it a practical choice for golfers looking for a stable and easy-to-aim mallet putter.

Consistent in Short Distances. Balanced Feel.

The media could not be loaded.

This is an attractive mallet putter. It has a steel shaft set between a black grip and a black club head. With a red alignment arrow and a red milled face, the black club head is cool. Its milled straight horizontal lines on the face help give the golf ball a smooth release when putted. The red alignment arrow is wide with a sharp point making it easier to align the putter with guide lines on a golf ball to get the ball moving towards in target. The stainless steel shaft tampers from the top to the bottom. This contributes to there being less weight and to the balanced feel. The white lines on black grip define the top and suggest hand placement. At the bottom of the grip is a white alignment dot used in setting up your thumb position. Putting on a short practice mat is accurate and consistent. At greater distances, putting performance is okay.

Well made and great design

This PGM putter head design is great for aligning your putts. You can easily see where the putter is aligned using the multiple alignment lines on the head and the head design itself lends itself to perfect alignment. The club has a nice weight to it and the putter grip has a great tactile feel and long, which allows for various grip techniques. For the price, you cannot beat this.

Great Putter for a New Golfer

I selected this putter for a friend who is learning to golf, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. They absolutely loved it and, more importantly, noticed an improvement in their putting after getting some time with it. For someone still developing their stroke and learning consistency, that made this feel like money well spent. The mallet design has a reassuring, stable feel, and the prominent alignment markings are especially useful for a newer golfer working on aim and setup. The milled face also gives the putter a more refined feel than I expected at this price point. It feels like a proper piece of golf equipment rather than something a beginner will quickly outgrow. My friend has been extremely pleased with both the feel and performance. Seeing it actually help their play makes this an easy recommendation for someone learning the game or looking for a forgiving, confidence-building putter.

Great putter

My husband has really enjoyed practicing with this putter. He said it feels balanced, has a comfortable grip, and rolls the ball consistently. It's a great option for newer golfers or anyone wanting an affordable backup putter. The quality exceeded his expectations for the price. It has held up well after several practice sessions. He said it gave him more confidence on shorter putts. It's a solid value overall.Pros:• Comfortable grip• Good balance• Excellent valueCon:• Doesn't have the premium feel of higher end putters.

Now, if I can just keep my buddies from reading this review.

My friends and I have a running tradition of what we jokingly call our "gentlemanly and womanly competitions." Sometimes it's putting contests in the backyards, golf clubs, putt-putt places, and so on, and sometimes it's rounds of what we call "pro putt-putt," and even our "tournaments" get hot sometimes, but one thing never changes we get very competitive. We're not just playing for bragging rights either. We've wagered cash, dinners, and even favors like having to cut someone's grass or clean up their yard for a month. With stakes like that, I'll take every advantage I can get! That's what led me to order this PGM YB8 mallet putter, and so far I'm glad I did. The first thing I noticed was how stable the putter feels. The mallet head has a nice weight to it, and the low center of gravity makes the stroke feel smooth and controlled. Even on putts where I don't hit the exact center of the face, the ball still seems to roll consistently instead of wandering off in some random direction.I also really like the alignment aid on top. The bold red alignment arrow makes it much easier to line up putts, especially on those pressure shots when everyone is standing around waiting to see if you're about to win...or spend the next month mowing their yard. It sounds simple, but it definitely helps me feel more confident with the ball. The grip is comfortable and has plenty of traction without feeling sticky, and the stainless steel shaft feels solid with no unwanted flex. Overall, the putter has a quality feel that surprised me for the price.Has it magically turned me into a PGA Tour pro? Unfortunately, no. I can still miss a three-foot putt now and then. But it has definitely improved my consistency, and I'll gladly accept any edge I can get when there's money or yard work on the line. So far, this has been a fun and solid putter. If you're looking for an affordable mallet putter that feels good, rolls the ball consistently, and gives you a little extra confidence on the greens, I think it's well worth considering. Now, if I can just keep my buddies from reading this review, maybe they'll never know why I've started winning a few more of our competitions.
